Yogurt

I LOVE yogurt. But after going to my dietitian I was put into perspective how much sugar and carbs yogurt has if you don't buy it plain. So I've had to come up with ways to have yogurt without all the carbs and such. I know this is pretty simple and sometimes common sense but i decided to post it anyways. Just because i can ;) 


Kaitlin's way of having yogurt

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c berries of choice (I love blueberries and strawberries together)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • Stevia (optional and measurements vary depending on brand and such)
  • cinnamon to taste
Mix all together and enjoy!
