Chocolate Mug Cake

I mean lets be honest, who DOESN'T love chocolate... so I've tweaked this recipe to make it not as bad so you can have a guilty pleasure once in a while.


Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • splash of vanilla
  • sprinkle cinnamon
  • Stevia*
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
*I would suggest to experiment with stevia to see what you like to use. I like Truvia. I've tried other brands and i feel like Truvia has the best taste. I also like liquid Stevia. But all Stevia has different ratios so experiment with how sweet YOU like your cakes, etc.

Mix all ingredients well in a coffee mug. Microwave 1-1.5 minutes. Enjoy! I like to add a dollop of peanut butter in the middle of the batter for a little surprise. Also, can add a tiny bit of ice cream/cool whip or some sugar free syrup if you really have a sweet tooth.
